End User License Agreement Effective date: August 26, 2026

This End User License Agreement explains how you may use Homeschooling Hub, a local planning and recordkeeping app from Red Dirt Studios.

License to Use the App Red Dirt Studios gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for personal, family, household, homeschool, or small educational planning purposes.

Your Records You own the information you enter into the app. The app stores your records locally on your device unless you choose to export, back up, submit feedback, or use a feature that sends information outside the device.

Optional Cloud Backup License If you use Cloud Backup, you give Red Dirt Studios permission to store and process your backup data only as needed to provide backup, restore, support, security, and app operation features.

Backups You are responsible for keeping backups of your data. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, replacing a device, or moving to a new device may remove local records if they have not been backed up.

Restrictions You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, copy, reverse engineer, modify, or use the app to interfere with services, break laws, violate another person's rights, or store content you do not have permission to use.

Estimates and Scanning Budget totals, reimbursement tracking, category suggestions, receipt scanning, and imported item details are tools to help you organize information. They may be incomplete or wrong. Always review records before relying on them.

Third-Party Services The app may interact with third-party services such as app stores, feedback tools, email providers, browser components, or receipt scanning tools. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Updates Red Dirt Studios may update, improve, change, or discontinue app features. App store versions may receive updates through the store where the app was installed.

No Warranty The app is provided as-is and as-available. Red Dirt Studios does not promise that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every family, school, reimbursement program, or legal requirement.

Limit of Responsibility To the fullest extent allowed by law, Red Dirt Studios is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost records, missed deadlines, reimbursement decisions, school compliance issues, or financial losses related to use of the app.

Ending This License You may stop using the app at any time. Red Dirt Studios may end this license if you violate this agreement. If the license ends, you must stop using the app.
