Homeschooling Hub is a local-first planning and recordkeeping app from Red Dirt Studios.

Information Saved Locally The app may store student names, grades, school plans, budgets, wish list items, links, attendance, reading logs, receipt photos, notes, inventory, field trips, rewards, and other information you enter. This information is stored locally on your device.

Feedback and Bug Reports If you use the Feedback + Bug Reports page and submit online feedback, the details you enter may be sent to Red Dirt Studios so the issue or suggestion can be reviewed. This may include your name, email, app version, report type, priority, title, and description.

Optional Account and Cloud Backup If you create an account, Supabase Auth may process your email address and login information. If you choose to use Cloud Backup, the app may save a backup copy of your local app records to Red Dirt Studios' Supabase project so you can restore your records on another device.

Cloud Backup may include the same types of records stored locally in the app, including student records, classes, wish lists, budgets, attendance, reading, lesson plans, receipt information, notes, inventory, field trips, and related household planning records.

Receipt Photos Receipt photos are used to help fill receipt fields. The app may save the receipt image and the text it reads from that image as part of your local records. Review scanned information before saving.

Backups and Exports If you export a backup or CSV, that file may contain personal household and student information. Store exported files somewhere safe and share them carefully.

Data Sharing Red Dirt Studios does not sell personal information submitted through this app. Online feedback is used to respond to support requests, improve the app, and investigate bugs. Optional account and cloud backup features use Supabase to provide authentication, backup storage, and restore features.

Data Retention and Deletion Local app records remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, uninstall the app, or delete exported files. Feedback submitted online may be retained by Red Dirt Studios for support and product improvement records. Cloud backups remain in the cloud backup system until deleted, overwritten, or removed by Red Dirt Studios in response to a support or deletion request.

Security Use device-level protections, backups, and safe file handling to protect your local records. Exported backups should be stored securely.
