Homeschooling Hub Terms

Terms of Use Effective date: August 26, 2026

Homeschooling Hub is a planning and recordkeeping app from Red Dirt Studios.

Local Records The app stores your household records on the device where the app is installed. You are responsible for keeping backups of your data, especially before uninstalling the app, replacing a device, clearing app data, or moving to a new computer or phone.

Optional Cloud Backup If you create an account and use Cloud Backup, a copy of your app records may be saved to Red Dirt Studios' Supabase project so you can restore your records on a new device. Cloud Backup is optional and should be reviewed before restoring because it can replace local records on the device.

Organizational Tool Only The app does not provide legal, tax, education compliance, accounting, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for checking your own school, program, reimbursement, attendance, and state requirements.

User Content You are responsible for the information, links, notes, photos, receipts, and records you add to the app. Do not upload or store anything you do not have permission to use.

Receipts and Estimates Receipt scanning and budget calculations are provided to save time, but they may be imperfect. Always review totals, categories, funding sources, reimbursements, and approval statuses before relying on them.

Changes Red Dirt Studios may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated version.

License Your use of the installed app is also covered by the End User License Agreement.
