Beta Tester Terms & Conditions

Beta Tester Terms & Conditions By applying to test a Red Dirt Studios app or game, you agree to the following:

1. Testing Access Access to pre-release builds is granted at our discretion and may be limited, delayed, or revoked at any time, for any reason, without notice.

2. Confidentiality Anything you see in a pre-release build — features, content, art, bugs, or anything else not yet public — is confidential. Please don't share screenshots, videos, or details publicly (including on social media, Discord servers, ect. You don't own) until the app has officially launched.

3. What's Expected of You

• Install the app and open it a minimum of once a day for the duration of the testing period (typically 14 days).
• Actually use the app as you normally would.
• Report bugs, crashes, or anything that feels broken or confusing.
• Testing periods are time-limited.

4. Promo Codes If the app is normally paid, testers receive a promo code for free access during the testing period. This code is for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed. Misuse may result in removal from the testing program.

5. No Guarantee Pre-release builds may be unstable, incomplete, or contain bugs. We make no guarantees about performance, features, or release timelines.

6. Feedback Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide may be used by Red Dirt Studios to improve the app, without compensation or attribution, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Termination We reserve the right to remove any tester from the program at any time, including for inactivity, sharing confidential content, or misuse of promo codes.
